Description
InvuBook Booking lets customers book appointments straight from your WordPress site. Connect it once with your public key, then choose how it appears:
- Floating “Book now” button on every page (site-wide, zero setup per page)
- An inline booking form inside any page or post
- A button that opens booking in a popup
- A link button that opens your hosted booking page
You can add it with the InvuBook booking block in the editor, or the [invubook] shortcode. It works with any theme, including block themes, and survives theme updates.
You need an InvuBook account. Your public key is in InvuBook under Settings -> Share & embed.
External services
This plugin connects to InvuBook, the online booking service it is built for. It is required for the plugin to work.
What it loads: on pages where booking is shown (a site-wide button, a block, or the shortcode), the plugin loads a small booking script from https://book.invubook.com/api/embed.js and opens your booking page in an iframe from https://book.invubook.com. Your public key (which starts with pk_, and is not a secret) is sent so the widget knows which business to show. No personal data is collected by the plugin itself; any details a visitor enters are submitted to InvuBook when they book, on your booking page.

Privacy
The plugin stores only your settings (public key and display options) in your WordPress database. It sets no cookies and collects no visitor data on your site. Bookings are handled on InvuBook’s hosted page under InvuBook’s privacy policy.

Installation
- Upload the plugin to
wp-content/plugins/invubook-booking, or install the zip from Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin. - Activate it.
- Go to Settings -> InvuBook Booking and paste your public key.
- Tick “Site-wide button” for a floating button everywhere, or add the InvuBook booking block / the
[invubook]shortcode to a page.

Can I put booking on just one page?

Yes. Add the “InvuBook booking” block, or paste

Can I lock a page to one provider or service?

Yes:
[invubook provider="dr-smith"]or[invubook service="<service id>"], or use the block’s Advanced panel. -
Do I need to touch code?

No. The site-wide button and the block need no code at all.
