• Fixed: “Fix” did nothing on images with an empty alt="". The analyser counted an empty alt as missing while the fixer counted it as present, so the check could never be cleared. Both now agree, and an empty alt is replaced rather than duplicated.
• Fixed: “Fix” did nothing on an SEO title or meta description that already existed but was the wrong length. Those checks offer a Fix button, but the fixer refused to touch a value that was already set. It now repairs one: over-long descriptions are trimmed on a word boundary, short ones are padded from the content, and a title that is too long or missing its keyword is rewritten.
• Generated alt text now combines the post title with the focus keyword instead of repeating the title on every image.
• Generated meta descriptions lead with the focus keyword when the text does not already contain it.
• Content-level checks (keyword in the opening paragraph, keyword in a subheading, missing subheadings, no list or table, no internal links) now show a Fix button when the Pro add-on is installed, and no button at all when it is not — instead of one that could never work.
• Fixed the URL-slug check reporting “not applicable” in the classic editor on posts whose slug was perfectly fine.
• Fixed the keyword fields rendering at half width in the meta box, caused by a CSS class name shared with the settings screens.
• Renamed the last “SEO Suite” label left in the admin header.

• Fixed: the SERP preview and score appeared frozen in the block editor. The live preview only redrew after the server replied, and the analysis timer was reset by every editor event — on a busy editor it could be starved indefinitely. The preview now updates instantly as you type, and analysis is guaranteed to run at least every couple of seconds.
• Reduced editor overhead: the block-editor listener is throttled instead of firing on every store change.
• Renamed the plugin’s filters to the correct prefix (impexai_pro_active, impexai_free_monthly_generations, impexai_upgrade_url). The previous names still work so existing add-on builds keep functioning.
• Cleared every remaining coding-standards notice — the plugin now passes Plugin Check and the stricter plugin-review ruleset with zero errors and zero warnings.
• Related-post lookups no longer use an exclusionary query that scales badly on large sites.

• Fixed: the “Fix” buttons did nothing. A JavaScript error stopped the result being applied to the screen, so the fix ran on the server but the editor never showed it. Fix now updates the field in front of you and re-scores immediately.
• Fixed: applying an alt-text or link fix could be silently undone. The fix rewrote the saved post while the editor still held the old content, so the next save reverted it. Fixed content is now pushed back into the editor.
• New: “Fix” for the SEO title. There was never one — clicking it returned “unknown fix”. It now writes a title built around your focus keyword and trimmed to fit.
• Fixed: the editor score and the post-list score disagreed. There were two separate scoring engines running different checks. There is now one engine; every screen shows the same number.
• Scoring is now weighted. Keyword in the title counts for more than “content has an image”. Scores move in ways that make sense.
• New: secondary keywords are actually analysed. The field existed but nothing read it. Each keyword now gets its own title/description/content/heading breakdown.
• Keyword matching respects word boundaries — “seo” no longer matches inside “seothersite” and inflates your density.
• Word counts now work for non-Latin languages. Hindi, Gujarati and similar previously counted as zero words and failed every length check.
• Keyword density flags stuffing as well as under-use, and says which way to move.
• New checks: internal links, external links, long paragraphs, lists/tables.
• Rebuilt the meta box: animated score ring, grouped checks, live updates while you type, and proper loading states.
• AI writer articles now include a key-takeaways box, a comparison table, an FAQ and a closing call to action, plus internal links to related posts.
