No coding required — just activate and go. ## FAQ ### Is there a free plan? Yes. The Free plan includes a limited number of AI conversations per month — enough to test the chatbot on a live site. Paid plans add more conversations, lead alerts, and multi-site support. ### Do I need an OpenAI API key? No key is required to start. The Free plan includes a limited number of conversations; after reaching this limit, you can provide your own OpenAI key, which is used via Signuply services. Standard and Business plans include conversations without a separate key. ### Will the chat widget slow down my website? No. The widget is loaded asynchronously and does not block page rendering, so your Core Web Vitals are not affected. ### Does it work with my theme and page builder? Yes. The widget is theme-independent and works with any properly coded WordPress theme, including sites built with Elementor, Divi, Gutenberg, and other page builders. ### Can the assistant use my website content for answers? Yes. In higher plans, your AI assistant can use selected website pages and files as context to answer visitors more accurately — FAQs, service pages, pricing details, and more. ### Is it GDPR compliant? Yes. You can display your own privacy policy link in the widget, conversation data is processed according to our privacy policy, and a clean uninstall removes all data stored by the plugin. The Business plan supports multiple websites with separate assistants for each. ### What happens when a hot lead is detected?
