Extended Description
PK InExPress connects management platforms (CRMs) and XML feeds with WordPress destinations that require structured data.
The plugin reads XML data, normalizes the content, assigns supported taxonomies and features, and creates or updates WordPress content according to the selected destination.
Quick Import provides predefined integrations for supported management systems, while Manual Import allows users to create and save custom XML mappings.
The asynchronous import engine processes data in small batches to improve stability and reduce the risk of server timeouts. Quick Import also includes recovery mechanisms for temporary server errors and connection interruptions.
Current Quick Import integrations include:

- MioGest Estatik
Manual Import allows XML data from other CRMs and custom XML feeds to be imported by creating a custom field mapping.
Supported Manual Import destinations are:
- Houzez
- Estatik
- InExPress Posts
This means Manual Import is not limited to RealSoftware or MioGest. Any compatible XML feed can be mapped to one of the supported destinations.
The system is designed to be extended to additional CRMs, XML formats and WordPress destinations.
The interface allows you to:
- Import supported XML feeds using Quick Import.
- Create custom XML mappings using Manual Import.
- Process imports asynchronously in small batches.
- Automatically create or update supported taxonomies, features, media and custom fields.
- Update existing imported content without creating unnecessary duplicates.
- Synchronize supported property data with Houzez and Estatik.
- Recover more safely from temporary server or Internet connection problems during Quick Import.
- Handle large image sets with optional resizing (Pro version).
PK InExPress does not send imported XML data to Punkode.
When importing from an XML URL, the plugin connects to the URL provided by the user to retrieve the XML feed and related media.

The plugin author is not responsible for the correctness, legality, or licensing of the imported XML.
Users must ensure they have the right to use such data according to applicable agreements and laws.
External services
PK InExPress does not require a Punkode external API to perform imports.
When the user configures an external XML URL, the plugin connects to that URL to retrieve the XML feed and, when applicable, related images or media.
The XML URL and imported data are provided and controlled by the user. Import data is not sent to Punkode.
PK InExPress uses Freemius for licensing, account management, premium features and related service functionality. Depending on the plugin plan and user choices, information may be transmitted to Freemius.

Installation
- Upload the
pk-inexpressfolder to the/wp-content/plugins/directory, or install the plugin directly through the WordPress plugins screen. - Activate PK InExPress from the “Plugins” screen.
- Open PK InExPress Quick Import to use one of the predefined CRM integrations.
- Select the source management system, destination and XML URL, then start the import.
- To import a custom XML structure, open PK InExPress Manual Import, configure the mapping and run the import.

Yes. PK InExPress Pro supports automatic scheduled imports using WP-Cron.
The Pro version also includes optional image resizing to reduce the size of imported media and help improve site performance.
